Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services offered by LAvie Skinthetics Medspa and Wellness (“Practice”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments

We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability. Certain treatments may require a deposit or prepayment upon scheduling.

The Practice reserves the right to collect a non-refundable deposit for any appointment. This deposit will remain as a credit on your account and may be applied toward your treatment or future services.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Our practice has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit or prepaid amount will remain as a credit on your account. Cancellations made within the required notice period, or failure to show, will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a charge of a percentage of the booked treatment cost. This policy applies to credits, packages, and gift certificates, unless otherwise instructed.

3. Refund, Return & Payment Policy

Full payment is due at the time of service unless an alternate arrangement has been made. We accept Credit cards, Debit cards, Cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.

No refunds; all sales are final. If applicable, amounts may be exchanged for store credit only.

4. Late Arrivals

You may arrive up to 15 minutes late. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to maintain the schedule for other clients. You will be held responsible for full treatment fees regardless of shortened treatment time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate health, medical, and contact information
  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided by our staff
  • Inform us of any changes in your health or medical condition

The Practice reserves the right to refuse service if guidelines are not followed or if a condition is deemed unsuitable for treatment.

6. Minimum Age Requirement

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during all treatments and consultations. By scheduling or receiving services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or are accompanied by a qualifying adult.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our intake survey, booking form, or other written opt-in method, you agree to receive SMS text messages from LAvie Skinthetics Medspa and Wellness. Our SMS program is separated into two consent types — marketing and non-marketing — and you may opt in to one or both.

Types of messages you may receive:

  • Promotional / marketing: special offers, discounts, seasonal specials, new service announcements, and service updates
  • Non-marketing / transactional: appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and follow-up communications related to your scheduled appointment or consultation
  • Post-treatment care reminders and general practice communications

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and the consents you have provided.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply; please check with your mobile carrier for details. Your carrier may charge standard rates for text messages sent or received.

How to Opt Out: To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Delivery Disclaimer: LAvie Skinthetics Medspa and Wellness and its mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use and consent to our SMS text messaging service. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that the mobile number you provide is your own or one you are authorized to use.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service, SMS delivery platforms, and booking/CRM providers, is permitted solely to operate the program on our behalf. 8. Limitation of Liability

LAvie Skinthetics Medspa and Wellness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LAvie Skinthetics Medspa and Wellness and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.
