Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At LaVie Skinthetics Wellness Spa, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of service to every client. To ensure availability, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file
- No-show appointments: Deposit will be forfeited + $50 fee will be charged
- Late arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted
Appointment reminders are sent 7 days and 2 days prior to help you plan accordingly.
Repeated Missed Appointments:
Two or more late cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions. Future bookings may require prepayment and scheduling through our team.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits may be transferred one time if rescheduled within 30 days
- Failure to reschedule within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit
- Deposits are applied toward your service total
Medication & Supplement Policy
For health and safety reasons, all medication, supplement, and injectable purchases are final and non-refundable.
